Pas. Glen & Sandra Dockins

Our Pastors

Senior Pastors Glen and Sandra (aka Pastor Pete) Dockins have been married for 27 years. They have 3 wonderful daughters with great spouses and 5 amazing Grandchildren.

Pastors Glen and Pete founded CFM Church in 2008. The first service was held in the living room of their home with 14 people in attendance.

Pas. Josh & Rebecca Addair

Children’s Pastors

Pas. Josh and Rebecca have been married for over 13 years and have two children of their own, and have been serving CFMC since 2016. Pas. Josh and Rebecca served as CFMC’s First Impressions Pastors for 4 years before stepping into the role of Children’s Pastors in 2021.Pas. Josh and Rebecca served many ministries in Mingo County, WV and Pike County, KY before moving to Morristown, TN in 2016. Both Pastors also serve our Marketing Team. In Addition, Pas. Josh also serves on CFMC’s Praise and Worship team.

Emily Johnston

Worship Director

Emily serves as CFM Church’s Praise and Worship Director. Emily has been a member and served in various positions at CFMC since 2009. She stepped in to her role as the praise and worship director in 2021. Emily also serves in our Children department.

Pas. Joe & Ale Ayers

Executive Pastor

Pas. Joe and Ale have been married for 10 years and have two children. They have served at CFMC for 14 years. Joe is a graduate of Urban Missions Seminary and Bible College. Joe is the now the Executive Pastor of CFMC and Ale serves as the lead of the first impressions team. Both also serve on our praise and worship team as well as our children’s ministry. In addition, Pas. Joe also serves on the CFMC Marketing Team.

David and Kristi Shisler

Connect Directors

David and Kristi Shisler have two children and have been serving in ministry at Praise Assembly since 1994. They came on board The CFMC in 2022 and are very excited about stepping into their role.

Misty Lang

Broadcasting Director

Misty has been a part of the CFMC family since 2012 and a member of the Morristown community since 2012. Misty has served in many positions at CFMC and officially took her title as Broadcasting Director in 2020. Misty also serves on our Marketing team at CFMC.

Danielle Kincannon

Intercessory Prayer Director

Danielle is married to Josh Kincannon. Danielle has been serving at CFMC for 14 years.

Chris & Laura Moore

Outreach Directors

Chris and Laura have been married for 12 years. Together they have 4 children. They have been serving at CFMC since 2020. Before relocating to Morristown TN, Chris and Laura served many years in community outreach and street evangelism in Logan, WV. Both also serve our first Impressions department and Children’s ministry.
